Mac&Mac, as seen in Icon magazine, Grand Designs, Living etc, Homes & Gardens, The Sunday Times, The Telegraph and The Independent on Sunday, specialised in luxury contemporary furniture, lightning and interiors from leading brands. B2C marketing for this luxury audience — for whom money was no object — involved audience segmentation and profiling, competitor analysis and understanding niche client DNA.
Sparkling product description copy with particular focus on SEO web optimisation made arresting products sing and boosted organic reach to build the brand. Copywriting for digital marketing, PR and events ensured consistency across all touchpoints.
With physical showrooms including a flagship store in Farnham, Surrey, and an online presence, Mac&Mac was the official stockist of Calligaris in the UK. Luxury furniture, high-end sofas and accessories from leading brands such as B&B Italia, Artemest and Kartell was made to order and shipped from Italy. The range featured contemporary lighting and iconic products from Artemide, Arhaus, Flos and more. Many of these iconic design originals have inspired modern takes we recognise today, such as the Arco floor lamp designed by Achille and Pier Giacomo Castiglioni in 1962, the perfectly balanced sprung Anglepoise desk lamp designed in 1932 and the Artichoke pendant light designed by Poul Henningsen for Louis Poulson in 1952.
